Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty Veteran Waterfront Expert Becky Gray Lists Hunts Point Lakeside Estate For $43 Million; Defines Real Estate Microclimate

Veteran waterfront specialist Becky Gray of the Gray Team at Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) has listed 4019 Hunts Point Road for $43 million. The west-facing super prime lakeside estate comprises 7,750 square feet of living space nestled on 1.11 acres with 96-feet of low-bank shoreline.

“We are representing an exceptionally unique residential offering at the very heart of a real estate microclimate,” said Becky Gray. “This is the epitome of living in the Pacific Northwest, and we’ve attracted a global audience to the shoreline. There is no doubt—we’ve been discovered.”

To be sure, Gray has been a top-producing broker on the waterfront, with more than $600 million in closed real estate in the waterfront category alone. She notes an increase in inquiries of homes affording this lifestyle opportunity, as the official start of summer is just weeks away.

“We’re witness to what could only be described as a luxury edition of musical chairs within Hunts Point,” adds Gray. “As a property is prepared for market, we oftentimes already have a prospective buyer, perhaps from an existing Hunts Point resident or among the many that seek to own in this fabled community.”

Hunts Point is unique in that the peninsula of land was incorporated in 1955 as a township, has just one point of entry with a single road enveloped by some of the most extraordinary waterfront estates in the region. Just 156 properties feature a Hunts Point address dividing the 0.30 sq. miles of land. With its enviable topography, low-bank or no-bank waterfront and benefiting from the Bellevue School District, the affluent enclave has attracted many of the region’s top executives and their families, as well as global citizens that have descended upon the shoreline. The turnover of homes on Hunts Point is a rarity, as properties are passed from generation to generation. Hunts Point is well regarded for its security with its own Police Department and numerous cameras.

“The Gray Team continues to set benchmark property sales, and many of them are part of the Hunts Point legacy,” confirms Dean Jones, President and CEO of RSIR. “I’ve had a front row seat to watch Becky manage these discrete transactions over the past several years, and her latest listing at 4019 Hunts Point Road will be the next success story.”

Jones recently joined a dozen other owners of Sotheby’s International Realty franchises at the property listing as the collective were attending a Spring Meeting for the West Coast Alliance. Looking ahead, Gray will host a private event at the listing: “Market Watch – An Intimate Look into Eastside Luxury” on June 1, 2023, from 3pm-7pm to showcase the property and welcome featured guests discussing real estate microclimates and other unique attributes about the Eastside economic profile and consumer trends in luxury living. The event will be held in partnership with the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), a nonprofit professional trade organization dedicated to promoting sustainable homeownership opportunities within the Asian American and Pacific Island (AAPI) communities, and is restricted to AREAA members.

The luxury event is timed with RSIR’s release of the 2023 Market Forecast and Annual Waterfront Report as the real estate brokerage continues to lead luxury. Year-to-date, RSIR agents are recognized by Trendgraphix for ranking first among the top-ten largest residential brands for average sales prices (both for listings sold and buyer purchases), highest average listing prices, most inventory per agent, and greatest production on a per-agent basis.

On June 23, 2023, RSIR also plans to host its annual “Float-pen House” rendezvous of yachts to cruise the shoreline of Lake Union and Lake Washington visiting active listings and showcasing the lifestyle for guests.

“We are blessed to have earned the trust of our discerning clients,” concludes Gray. “This is best represented by the company we keep, the clients we represent, and the results we create.”
